THE FEMALE NUDE
Started in the fall of 2019, this project aims to challenge traditional power dynamics in contemporary photography and questions the role of the female body in mainstream media and art history.
The images are the product of my subversion of the male gaze by subjecting the male body to the same visual treatment the female body typically endures.
